Refund Policy
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customer’s convenience.
Only if the delivered item is defective or different from the ordered item, we will exchange the item at our cost upon returning the item (return shipping to the warehouse can be using payment on delivery service).
A refund will be issued if the item to be replaced is out of stock.
However, please note that returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
・If the item has been used, washed or cleaned (including rinsing through the water).
・If the item has been damaged or soiled by the customer.
・Hygiene products and undergarments such as underwear or swimwear.
Return Period
For out of the box failure, please contact us within 10 days after receiving the item.
Return Shipping Fee
For out of the box failures or shipping errors, we will arrange for the return shipping back to the warehouse at our expense.
